Diane was a godsend to our family. We had no idea where to start or what to even do first. She took over and contacted the necessary people, cancelled the correct accounts, help us open the new ones, guided us on which way to go and got things moving quickly. She handled everything from across the country and kept in touch with us the entire time as to what was happening. When it got to the point to where we needed an attorney, we had everything we needed to move forward without issues. Really cannot imagine what we would have done without her.
